*Bodysuits, intimates, accessories and sale items are NON-Returnable and will not be accepted

*Returns will be processed within 5-10 days upon receipt of your package. An email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been issued

EXCHANGE INFO:

*We will accept exchanges within 15 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions below for all exchanges:

    - Place new order online for the item/s you would like to receive in exchange

    - Email Customer Care (info@shoptimelessla.com) with 'EXCHANGE' in the subject line. Reference both old and new order numbers.

    - Return the original item/s (see Return Info.)

    - Once we receive the original item/s, you will be refunded for the original order.

    - The shipping fee will be waived for the new order only (standard delivery)
