RETURN POLICY:

Need to return something? Not a problem! We’re sorry your order is anything less than perfect! We will gladly accept return items that have been purchased through our website, within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Kindly send us an email at INFO@SHOPTIMELESSLA.COM with your order number, items you're returning and reason for the return.
  • Please be mindful that we wouldn’t be able to assist with the mailing expense you incur to mail garments back to us, and we cannot be responsible for any postal or courier service losing any packages on the way back to us and, unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse you in that case.
  • You can feel free to use the same bag your item(s) were sent in, better for you and the environment!
  • We will refund your purchase amount to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

All bodysuits, accessories and all sale items are final sale.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

For now, we cannot process exchanges, so please place a new order for the item(s) you desire.

REFUND POLICY:

All items cannot be worn nor washed, altered in any form and all tags and original packaging must be attached for a refund.

All items are subject to inspection and we do have the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet any of the above requirements.
